Under Construction Facilities

RealCold’s two next-generation facilities are currently being constructed in Lockhart, Texas and Lakeland, Florida. These are strategically located near some of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country with easy access to their respective core markets.  These fully convertible, multi-temperature buildings incorporate features that enable execution for the “cold chain of tomorrow” including ample parking, wide docks to perform value added services, backup generators, generous office space, and thoughtfully curated driver lounges.

Lakeland, Florida

Located on the critical I-4 corridor, RealCold’s 376,000 square foot Lakeland Florida facility will be operational by Q1 of 2025. The local service area (100 mile radius) totals over 10 million people including consumers in Tampa and Orlando.  Other major cities within a few hours include Miami and Jacksonville.

Lockhart, Texas

Situated on State Highway 130, RealCold’s Lockhart Texas facility will be a 310,000 square foot Class A facility with occupany slated for Q1 of 2025.  It’s local service area includes San Antonio and Austin (the latter is the fastest growing MSA in the country) and easy access to Houston and Dallas.
