Keith Goldsmith
Keith Goldsmith

Chief Executive Officer

Keith is a logistics and supply chain veteran, having spent the entirety of his career in the sector.  His extensive leadership roles include Group CIO at CEVA transforming the enterprise through strategic technology investments and later led engineering and business development for the Americas. Keith has also served as EVP and CCO at Americold where he oversaw customer growth, solution design, and transportation services. Additionally he served as Senior Vice President- Food & Beverage at the supply chain leader Tompkins Solutions. Keith is a highly sought-after thought-leader and operator dedicated to ushering in the next era of cold chain.

Steinmetz Marty
Marty Steinmetz

Chief Commercial Officer

Marty has been involved in the food supply chain for nearly 30 years, focusing on the cold chain food industry for the past 25 years.  Prior to joining RealCold, Marty served for nearly 16 years as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at United States Cold Storage where he helped foster growing relationships with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers, resulting in USCS more than doubling in size during his time there.  Past roles include positions at Americold, Sara Lee, USF Logistics, and DSC Logistics.  He is also a board member of National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) and Global Cold Chain Foundation (GCCF).

Chief Operations Officer

With 20 years of leadership traversing executive roles in the insurance and logistics sector, including CIO, COO, and CCO, Tom brings deep strategic and operational expertise to RealCold. He has navigated the complexities of both small startups and global multi-billion dollar companies through the application of financial and analytic rigor, a focus on customer value, and a dedication to continuous improvement. This approach has allowed him to materially improve cross-functional KPIs and operating metrics at these  enterprises. Additionally, Tom played a key role in guiding three companies through successful transitions, including IPOs and acquisitions.

Chief Financial Officer

Tim is a financial executive with proven analytical, managerial and leadership experience in CPG and manufacturing organizations. He has been responsible for profitability oversight, measuring cost-to-serve, and establishing processes-rigor across all facets of the supply chain. He joins RealCold as part of the Forte Frozen acquisition with prior roles at PLZ Corp, Rust-Oleum, Dean Foods, Bimbo Bakeries, and Sara Lee.

Matt is a leader in cold supply chain execution. He brings over 20 years of experience in driving meaningful gains related to food companies’ customer service and profitability. His experiences in consulting, manufacturing & third-party logistics, domestic & international markets, and wholesale and e-commerce channels enable him to craft solutions that are pragmatic and effective.

Mike Llewellyn

SVP Real Estate

Mike brings over 20 years of experience in industrial and cold storage design & construction, having contributed to projects for Home Depot, Mars, P&G, and Walmart among others. Mike earned an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University and is the co-author of “Best Practices in Cold Storage Facility Development” published by NAIOP.

VP Operations West

Sam is a Warehousing & Logistics professional with 40 years of experience in Retail/Wholesale Distribution & Warehousing, 3PL Operations & Manufacturing leadership. Moreover, he has spent a large portion of his career utilizing Cultural Development Programs to turn operations around and create sustainable results by harnessing the minds, eyes, ears and hearts of those he has had the privilege to lead.

James is a data-centric strategist and marketer that brings over 15 years of experience leading go-to-market efforts, developing customer health initiatives, and applying business insights to drive critical decision-making.  The majority of his career has been spent in the tech sector at companies like Salesforce and GoPro building, deploying, and measuring acquisition and retention programs.

Arin has over 16 years of experience in operations and sales management with a proven track record of success in developing valuable customer relationships and implementing sales-driven solutions. Her focus on D2C enablement for perishable shipping across the network has enabled her to develop a passion for bespoke solution development. Arin is also highly skilled in mentoring and coaching her team to facilitate growth and benefit both the company and its employees.

Mark Doughty

Regional Director of Operations/General Manager

Mark joins RealCold with over 25 years of cold chain and supply chain experience.  He has recently held positions with Kroger Logistics as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, and with US Foods as a Vice President of Operations. Prior to these, he served with McLane Foodservice, Republic National Distribution Company, Merchants Foodservice, among others. He is passionate about developing deep customer relationships and developing solutions through a collaborative approach.

Shelley Richardson

Director of Human Resources

Shelley is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years managing and deploying employee engagement and leadership programs. Her relevant industry roles include Human Resources Director at Lineage Logistics where she supported over 4000 team members, and a similar position at SuperValu where she led onboarding, retention, and development programs. Shelley holds a certification as a Korn Ferry Trainer, and is a 360 Coach.
