August 20, 2024—RealCold has hired Mark Doughty as Director of Operations. Mr. Doughty joins the Company with over 25 years of cold chain and supply chain experience.  He has recently held positions with Kroger Logistics as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, and with US Foods as a Vice President of Operations. Prior to these, he served with McLane Foodservice, Republic National Distribution Company, Merchants Foodservice, among others.

In this role, Mr. Doughty will report to RealCold COO, Tom Musgrave, and will be tasked with driving operational enhancements in the Company’s Denton (TX) and Ormond Beach (FL) warehouses.  In addition, he will play an integral role in the planning and readiness of RealCold’s Lakeland (FL) and Lockhart (TX) facility launches which are currently under construction. Upon completion of the Lakeland facility, Mr. Doughty’s purview as Director of Operations will expand to include Lakeland.
