Human Resources leader, Tiffany Surat, joins RealCold

February 17, 2025 –RealCold, an operator and provider of cold chain services for the food sector (including manufacturers, grocers, and the food service industry), announced the hiring of Tiffany Surat as Vice President of Human Resources. She joins the company with three decades of experience in HR, and is highly credentialed including having earned a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University, designation as a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and as a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. Additionally she holds a Human Resources Project Management Certification. 

Regarding her decision to join RealCold, Tiffany noted “The opportunity to join a fast growing company like RealCold is an exciting endeavor. I have spent much of my career working for PE or VC-backed startups, and find that these organizations benefit from an entrepreneurial, nimble Human Resources department which can adapt to shifting needs and match the speed at which the company is scaling.
