Existing Facility
- Located southeast of Portland
- Can serve the Port of Portland
- The facility offers a temperature range from -20°F to 34°F (-20°F is the ideal temperature range for ice cream and is a less common offering across the cold chain sector)
Clearfield, Utah
Existing Facility
- Located north of Salt Lake City, the 4th fastest growing MSA
- Offers freezer and cooler rooms with temp ranges from 0°F to 35°F
- Cross-dock and full rail service available
- Can serve as west coast distribution hub
Colton, California
Existing Facility
- Situated in San Bernardino County, less than 60 miles from downtown Los Angeles
- Optimally configured as an e-commerce and DTC-fulfillment center
- Able to reach the entirety of California with 1- or 2-day outbound delivery
- Offers temperature range of -10°F to 0°F
Denton, Texas

- Situated just northwest of Dallas
- Part of the broader Dallas-Fort Worth metro area
- Represents one of the fastest growing MSAs
- This strategically-located facility offers a temperature range from 0°F to 55°F
