RealCold Promotes Arin Simpson to Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships

The advancement emphasizes RealCold’s dedication to providing best-in-industry customer experience

September 12th, 2024– RealCold is pleased to announce the promotion of Arin Simpson from Director of Customer Solutions to Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Arin was a senior member of the Forte Frozen team prior to RealCold’s acquisition of the company and was instrumental in making the organization one of the industry’s leading providers of chilled and frozen e-commerce fulfillment. Under her leadership, Forte Frozen was continually recognized for outstanding customer service, excellence-in-execution, and highly-collaborative solutioning.  Arin’s contributions to the operating platform helped propel the company’s reputation as a flexible and high-performing temperature-controlled service provider ultimately leading to its acquisition by RealCold in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Since transitioning to RealCold, Arin has been tasked with spearheading critical initiatives across the organization including those related to managing customer retention, instituting operational efficiencies, and supporting technology enablement. Her consistent delivery of successes across those categories served as the basis for the promotion decision. In her new role, Arin is charged with ensuring RealCold continues to deliver and evolve its customer service capabilities, while concurrently identifying and pursuing internal and external solutions to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, she is roadmapping the tools, technology, and processes that will accelerate RealCold’s track-record of adding significant value across the cold chain. She will continue to report to RealCold’s Chief Commercial Officer, Marty Steinmetz.
