LAKELAND, Fla. – October 1, 2026 – RealCold, a leading provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics solutions, today announced the promotion of Steve Gibson to Vice President of Operations, effective October 1, 2026.
The promotion recognizes Gibson’s significant contributions to RealCold’s operations and reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening functional leadership, standardizing best practices across its network, and building the operational excellence to support continued growth.

Across the network, he has implemented processes and procedures that improve efficiency, customer service, and quality while creating greater consistency managing complex challenges.
His leadership has also contributed to strengthening employee culture and retention as well as improvements in customersatisfaction, inventory management, and quality controls.
As Vice President of Operations, Gibson will continue to focus on operational excellence and network standardization, working across the RealCold footprint to enhance daily execution, nurture high-performing teams, and ensure the company’s capabilities and services evolve alongside its growth.
