Keith Goldsmith

Keith is a logistics and supply chain veteran, having spent the entirety of his career in the sector. His extensive leadership roles include Group CIO at CEVA transforming the enterprise through strategic technology investments and later led engineering and business development for the Americas. Keith has also served as EVP and CCO at Americold where he oversaw customer growth, solution design, and transportation services. Additionally he served as Senior Vice President- Food & Beverage at the supply chain leader Tompkins Solutions. Keith is a highly sought-after thought-leader and operator dedicated to ushering in the next era of cold chain.
Dave Gress
Chief Financial Officer
Dave brings over 25 years of leadership in finance and operations, including 19 years in the supply chain industry, with 7 years dedicated to the cold food chain. Most recently, he served as SVP of Finance, North America, at Lineage, Inc., overseeing North America’s Warehousing and Integrated Solutions. Dave played a key role in integrating over 40 acquisitions and was instrumental in the company’s successful IPO in July 2024. Before joining Lineage, Dave held leadership roles at Ryder System, Inc. and Ford Motor Company. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering, both from the University of Michigan.
Marty Steinmetz
Chief Commercial Officer
Marty has been involved in the food supply chain for nearly 30 years, focusing on the cold chain food industry for the past 25 years. Prior to joining RealCold, Marty served for nearly 16 years as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at United States Cold Storage where he helped foster growing relationships with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers, resulting in USCS more than doubling in size during his time there. Past roles include positions at Americold, Sara Lee, USF Logistics, and DSC Logistics. He is also a board member of National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) and Global Cold Chain Foundation (GCCF).
